Using a practical, matter-of-fact approach, I will empower you with love, kindness, and compassion and inspire you to tap into your "self-powers" (self-esteem/self-worth) by sharing daily affirmations, inspirational quotes, and my own life experiences. I hope to empower you to build the courage and confidence you need to pursue your goals and dreams and achieve health, happiness, and success.
