It’s about guiding people to achieve high performance that is meaningful while using their power to contribute to a thriving planet for all other beings and future generations. Don’t be fooled but the title. This podcast isn't just wishy-washy talk nor is it only for elite athletes. It's for anyone who is working towards being the best version of themselves, whether it is in their training, career, relationships or whatever they choose to do in their life. And through purposeful performance, they can achieve their greatest potential and lead a deeply fulfilled and thriving existence.

It‘s time for you to take your call to adventure
A survey of elderly people found that one of their most common regrets is not saying YES to more opportunities. Even though at the time, it was easier and more comfortable to refuse the 'call to adventure', they encourage others to make life their lives with YES as their default because people will regret the opportunities that they don't take more than the ones that they do even if they don't go well.
