Hi everyone! My name is Alexa Cimino and I am a Journalism and Media Production major here at CU Boulder. In this podcast, I talk about the concept of intersectional feminism, its origins, the #MeToo movement, white feminism and its affect on women of color, and recognizing privilege. I also interview my professor, Dr. Rajabi, about her thoughts on intersectional feminism, why it's important, as well as her experience being an Iranian women in predominately white social settings. Thank you guys so much for listening. Enjoy the podcast!
