CONTEXT: A reoccurring error is that we forget to start the camera before the recording. This issue could probably be mitigated with a simple check for, "LIGHTS, AUDIO, ACTION!" Although we also attest this being caused by our excitement to start to get started and talking. We should probably consider a way to work around and properly harness that excitement as to not impact the flow of the podcast whilst still being able to come forth with the same genuine enthusiasm. A few episodes ago we made a note to write up a podcast checklist to help us keep track of the podcasting process, and we still haven't gotten around to do that.

CONTEXT: we considered filming outdoors as the weather seemed quite pleasant. However, at 17°C, it would have been quite cold so we decided to keep it indoors. DISCLAIMER: in our excitement to start, we also forgot to turn the camera on at the start of the recording.

CONTEXT: we wanted to film outside as it was beautiful weather, but forecasted 30km/h winds meant we opted to keep it indoors just to be safe

CONTEXT - this was recorded in response to the growing instances of Asian hate crimes occurring in America. It was motivated by the tragic events of March 16th in Atlanta. And since then even more instances of Asian hate crimes have occured.

DISCLAIMER - this episode was re-recorded due to the original audio being plagued by echoes. CONTEXT: Prior to the first time we recorded this episode, Alan and I had never met. We merely knew of each other.

DISCLAIMER - everything you hear is subject to change...we had the return of the useless 2nd mic this week CONTEXT: we actually had another guest on for the 20th episode, however, their audio had issues with echoes, and hence a reshoot was scheduled for the next week, and hence will be for the 21st episode.

APOLOGIES - we forgot to set the levels on our mics before recording and hence picked up ALOT more background noise than desired. NOTE TO SELF: maybe its time you write up a checklist you can tick off before every session so this doesn't happen again.
