The ADOS Podcast’s mission is to empower and uplift, by establishing a deeper connection with our community, bridging the gaps, and finding creative solutions to the systemic failures that have existed for hundreds of years. We are committed to speaking truth to power and giving the most marginalized a voice. We want to have difficult conversations, as well as, celebrate the successes of our people and our communities. Change starts at home. We will cultivate a platform for authentic dialogue with community organizers, entrepreneurs, business owners, artists, politicians, and aspiring leaders of tomorrow.
