The Activist Hustle
The Activist Hustle, a podcast by and for Millennials and Gen-Zs about what it means to be an activist. Each episode, we interview an activist hustling to break the mold, change the rules and bring positive change to our world. We'll hear about their triumphs and their failures, and figure out to implement that we learn from their experiences.
Episode 9: Friendship, storytelling, and can you really just do it?
This month, we are sharing the conversation we had with the co-founders of We, Ceremony back in the spring. The network of women of color that is We, Ceremony grew from Iliana Panameño and Mu-Chieh Yun's friendship, and their desire to share positive and beautiful stories of women of color, including their own. Listen as they do just that with Lina and Rachel, and hear how they inspired us to be more intentional with holding digital space and the sacred power of storytelling.  Visit their website and instagram page (@weceremony) to learn more about their work. Read their interview with the founders of Women of Color in Solidarity here, where they discuss the use of the word "activist" as Iliana mentions.
