This is my favorite podcast! It is a boost of support, interesting discussion, and motivation. It will encourage you to look at your life and work in a new light!

I truly enjoyed this first of many great stories of powerful women leading amazing lives while balancing the responsibilities of motherhood. Not for the faint of heart! I especially appreciated Linda’s words of wisdom on moving forward with decisions in career in the face of uncertainty. We grow as we go! Thank you, Claudia Reuter, for bringing our voices to the ever-important conversation on how to balance being phenomenal at work and at home!

Loved the first episode! We don’t often get the chance to hear to story behind the success. Linda’s confidence that she can tackle any problem seems to be the secret to her success. Interesting that she attributes her confidence to working in all-male environments early in her career. Loved the story of interrupting her meeting with the Japanese leader to take a phone call from her son! Can’t wait for the next episode!

I learned a lot, and I think that it is very interesting, I can’t wait for more episodes!

I’m an avid podcast listener and am really excited for this podcast! It’s going to be a great resource for women - those in the workforce today and those considering rejoining. We need to support each other and the 43% is another way to do that. Happy to add this to my regular repertoire of podcast listening.

As a Mom who also left the workforce and is just now reentering it, I'm so excited to hear these stories of Moms who did it! Let's face it, it is nerve racking. If you've taken any time off to have kids this idea of having been off for so long brings up questions like, "How will I get a new job?" or "Will having taken off for X years to have kids hurt me in a job interviews?" and "Will they understand?" and all sorts of other things! So, I can't wait to hear the stories of these woman who have done it! I'm really excited to hear ll these stories of Mom's who've taken off, had kids, and then successfully reentered the workforce stronger and maybe even to better positions. :)

Really looking forward to this getting started!
