Does it seem like every time you turn around there is a new crisis, a new disaster, a new reason to be afraid? There is no escape from the constant news cycle and social media. Some days it doesn't take much to push us over the edge into overwhelming fear. Scripture encourages us over and over to "not be afraid," but is it just that easy?
