That's Enough (with The Tidy Rebel)
That's Enough (with The Tidy Rebel)
Kelly Haller, The Tidy Rebel
An organized home is step #1 to an organized life, and when your home is cluttered... so is your life. What do you want your life to look like? Let’s tidy it up together. Kelly Haller from The Tidy Rebel (the Organization Anti-Guru) reveals all of her neurotic secrets, hard-learned lessons, and easy habits to get you there faster and with a lot less tears. Spoiler alert: It turns out that trying to be perfect will make you crazy, and truly unburdened people all have a few simple things in common. You don’t need more time, more money, or more of an iron-will to get your life together. You need to know how to take control of what ya already got. You have ENOUGH. Life has ENOUGH stress without your home adding to that list. And you’ve got ENOUGH crap in your home and your life. So, ENOUGH with the rules, ENOUGH with the grind, and ENOUGH filling the void with the wrong things. You are ENOUGH. And you have ENOUGH to make everything in life work for you (instead of the other way around)! Knock it off with the self-doubt and the Super Woman complex... you don't have to do it all. Give yourself permission to be the badass that you are, and take as many naps as you need along the journey. Embrace an irreverently, imperfectly organized home (and life) and you will find an even better version of yourself underneath all that stuff that you have ENOUGH of.
Outgrow the {High-Achiever} Grind with Stacy Raye Kellogg
Do you identify as a ‘high-achiever’? If not…you might by the end of this episode ;) Today, Stacy and I are talking about ‘underground’ high-achievers. These are the folks who have an inner critic that never lets them rest. Stacy and I both know because we have BEEN there! No matter how much we achieved, we feel like there wasn’t much to be proud of. Stacy helps these high-achievers get where they want to be – HOW THEY WANT to be there. Ready to come along? Get ready to ask the right questions and get honest with yourself so you can reconnect to what really matters to you. Questions like:What lights me up?What brings me energy? What drains my energy? What matters to me?What doesn’t really matter to me?What am I pretending is working? What’s actually working?Time to recalibrate your GPS to your own expectations and what truly feels good.—Stacy is a life and leadership coach who empowers deeply caring and overextended high-achievers – like you – to honor your needs, do less, and say no so you can invest your time and energy in what matters most to you. She helps her clients shift from doing to being as they tap into the wisdom in their bodies and spirits instead of just their [over]thinking minds.Stacy’s mission is to create a world where overachievers shift to tending to their own needs first, without feeling like they're letting everyone else down. She serves clients with 1:1 coaching and group coaching.Stacy and I chatted on her podcast here: https://www.outgrowthegrind.co/blog/prioritizeyouinsteadofperfectionFind the rest of Stacy’s podcast here: https://www.stacyrayekellogg.com/podcastFollow Stacy on Instagram here: @outgrowthegrindHire Stacy and learn more about her work here: www.stacyrayekellogg.com

Say “That’s Enough!” to the Martyrdom and Victimhood of Being Broke with Natalie Bullen
It’s rare (in my world at least) to meet a human who describes themselves as ‘low on the people-pleasing spectrum’, but Natalie does just that. This refreshing and frank conversation I had with Natalie sheds light on the disparities in wealth building between Black people, people of color, and white people. Natalie knows this topic intimately as she lost her full-tuition scholarship during college because she *had* to work to pay her bills. After school, her student loan payment was more than her mortgage and car loan combined. I was surprised/not surprised to hear that 12% of the population is black, but 70% of student loan debt belongs to Black people.  Predatory lending has always disproportionately targeted people of color. Listen in as Natalie and I unpack some of the underlying roots of the systems that create wealth inequality with a little sass and lots of laughs along the way!-----Natalie Bullen is a wealth and money mindset coach from Mobile, AL. As the owner of Unapologetic Wealth, she teaches financial empowerment and money mindset training for powerful women of color so they can step into the wealth they deserve and desire. She is also a Financial Planner who shuns traditional personal finance values rooted in shame, guilt and fear and encourages followers to dream bigger, increase their prices and magnify their gifts.Listen to Natalie on Clubhouse:@nataliebullenLearn more about Natalie’s work and find her social media accounts here: https://unapologeticwealth.ck.page/ Get on the waitlist for her highly anticipated networking group here!

Selective Minimalism Can Save Your Sanity, with Krista Lockwood
You don't have to get rid of a single beanie baby in order to be organized and feel good in your home.  There is no moral high ground to depriving yourself of "extra" stuff. However... two things can be true at the same time.  Minimalism can be used selectively in order to save you from the STUFF that you're constantly drowning in.  You can be a happy maximalist, and still apply the principal of minimalism to specific areas of your home.  This isn't an either-or world, and you get to make your own rules.  Krista Lockwood from Motherhood Simplified helps moms declutter and simplify their lives in order to maintain their sanity.  Because motherhood is a season that, well... might require some selective minimalism so that you can keep up with the specific challenges that motherhood brings (and free up room for more JOY instead).  Kelly and Krista discuss both of their minimalism journeys (one was by accident, while the other was on purpose), and why they no longer believe that minimalism is a silver bullet to fix your problems.  Do we hate minimalism?  NO! Minimalism might be the right solution for your life, but it helps to be damn sure before you dive off the deep end and end up regretting all the stuff you later realize wasn't even the real problem.  We discuss who it might be right for, and how *not* to do it so that you stay in alignment with your values.Follow Krista on Instagram, and download her free "Clear Your Clutter" guide to plug into her amazing support group for moms who want less chaos and more joy in their journey.  We're in this together!

Who doesn’t love a dumpster fire? aka Marketing in Pursuit of Meaning with Rachael Kay Albers
Rachael Kay Albers (RKA) is the one woman SNL of biz comedy who started unapologetically naming names and pointing out unethical practices in online business in early 2021. Her deep hunger for innovation and frustration with the modern cult of ‘branding’ led her to light all the bullshit on fire. RKA told the uncensored truth in her ‘Free School’ and publicly aired her grievances — as well as her hard-earned wisdom — to the Instagram world. Because…who doesn’t love a dumpster fire? Listen in as RKA, creative director, brand strategist, and business comedian at RKA ink, brings us along for an entertaining and evocative ride of reinvention. Permission to Tell Your Story, Your Way with Lauren Marie Fleming
Lauren Marie Fleming started coaching her peers on storytelling when she was 8 years old and giving speeches in 4H. Spoiler alert: she says snacks and asking ‘why’ were her secret key to success. As she grew up, she learned the power of the stories we tell ourselves and others as she was deeply shamed and dangerously medicated for being fat. Finding proudly fat people to create community with allowed her to actively change her own narrative and started her journey of amplifying other voices that have been silenced and pushed to the sidelines. Lauren helps aspiring authors ditch the starving artist cliche and thrive. She has written for prominent publications like Vice and Huffington post and spoken at prestigious conferences such as Blog Her and at colleges including Yale. For over two decades Lauren has coached writers and other storytellers to write books that honor their creativity and humanity while making more money and telling better stories. She’s worked with some of the world’s most distinguished authors and speakers including Tony Robbins.
