But wine AFTER you’ve listened to this podcast.
In this podcast Fiona and Anthony ask each other what their "happy moment" was. Well my happy moment was being introduced to this delightful and juicy podcast. Anthony introduced me to the podcast after a meal. I subscribed immediately and have been enjoying it ever since. I don’t drink alcohol but after listening to this podcast I can participate in conversations about wine because I am armed with the delectable notes Fiona and Anthony serve up each episode. Fiona and Anthony describe the wine they are discussing so well you can begin to virtually taste and see it. Who else says something like “it tastes like dirt but not in the fun way"... Fiona does. Speaking of dirt, these two can tell you where a wine was grown and produced by the smell of dirt. It's pretty incredible how fine tuned their noses are to all the subtle scents each bottle delivers. I'm going out on a limb and saying, the restaurants Fiona and Anthony work at, do not need Sommeliers. Their knowledge rivals a Sommelier's expertise. Keep on doing this podcast and you'll be the go-to authority on wine. People will go to you for wine and food pairings or a good bottle to buy at Trader Joes. Another part of this podcast I enjoy are the insights Fiona and Anthony share about the service industry. It's a nice peek behind the curtain to a world I know little about. I am not sure people fully understand what makes waiting 5-6 tables at the same time difficult or the proper way to pour a bottle of wine. Keep up the great work Fiona and Anthony. I look forward to each new episode. Slommcha!

Awesome
This is an amazing podcast where two knowledgeable and fun people talk about wine! I feel like I can learn a lot more about wine just from listening to them. They also go on different tangents about their life experiences in LA, in the service industry, and with other ideas they explore. Big ups! Also, this is Anthony :) Please listen!
