Behind the scenes …
Nico and his guests explore what it like to start/own/operate a cafe/restaurant business. Real people telling real stories of the normal ups and downs of building out retail spaces, building good teams of staff, keeping equipment maintained and the day to day challenges and successes of the small scale owner/operator/entrepreneur. I listened to the first 10 episodes on a back to back binge. For me it was like a fun kind of group therapy - after owning and operating two cafe/bakeries in a large metropolitan city - dealing with economic down turns, Covid, staff shortages etc… it helps to hear others stories of trial and triumph. Kudos! Hope you make more episodes Nico.

Brilliant
I love the casualness with which Nico interviews his guests. It's like we're just a couple of buddies hanging out and talking about life and work!! Nico's podcasts give me the slightest sensation of being in touch with Paris even though we are out in California!!! I look forward to each new episode!

Love this Podcast
I’ve been a fan of The New Paris and The Earful Tower podcasts for a few years & that’s how I originally came to follow Holybelly on social media. I don’t know them personally, but Nico and Sarah seem like rad, honest and hardworking people who you just want to root for! Podcast offers good perspective on what it’s really like to be in the restaurant industry. Keep crushing it!

Not a bad listen.
An interesting few minutes to learn about Paris business people and an insight into what makes them successful. Worth the investment of your time. Give it a listen and definitely eat at HolyBelly if you visit Paris.
