I love this podcast, I love supporting women who create F1 content and Kate and Nicole are phenomenal. Constant laughter, I look like a psycho laughing along in public. It’s always great to know there are fans like me, this is the perfect blend of on and off track. Can’t recommend enough!! So much love for this show!

I am sure there are people out there who would be totally into the off topic side convos that last most of the show but I’m more in it for technical insight into the sport, so it’s not bad content just not for me.The the other tough part is the audio balance … they could benefit from an audio engineer, my poor ears! The levels are so off that you have to keep adjusting the volume the whole time between the whispers and the screams, I will say the recent eps have been better in this regard. If you’re looking for an F1 pod with a bit more meat in the bones Effwon is great and funny, F1R the Girls is also a 10/10 and Fan Behavior, it’s what this podcast is with the fan girl moments but more grounded.

this podcast is the highlight of my week. i’m a new fan of f1 and felt out of place as a teen girl in a male dominated fandom. y’all’s pocket of the internet made me feel right at home. from the 1d content to the book content and all of the unhinged moments, this community is truly my cup of tea. i have never laughed so hard. one thing abt me is i respect anyone who commits to the bit. thank you so much for all you do. xo

I love that the girls are very knowledgeable on the sport, history and major players - but also enjoy talking about how good looking the drivers and Toto are 😏 discovered it in the off-season while fending for more F1 content and I can’t wait to listen during the season

I love Danny and i think he should go to Haas but like he needed to adapt to the car. Sainz, Checo, Alonso. The best drivers adapt to the car. Danny didn’t. The team builds the fastest car, they don’t build a car for someone who just came into the team when Lando has been there for years. Makes no sense. Also Checo was more screwed over than Danny and no one batted an eye. People only care bc people like Danny. If this happened to like Alonso or to Kevin or Ocon, no one would care. Aside from that amazing podcast lol

That’s the emotion I have while Iwait for the next episode of ‘TG1F a formula 1 podcast’ to drop. Thirsty for all the news. Not just a podcast on race reviews. Enough of those already. I need the culture behind the paddock, and THIS is where I get it. I can spend hours deciding who I love more - is it Kate? Is it Nicole? It doesn’t matter, I’m a winner no matter who is on the mic. The most enjoyable, honest, authentic F1 podcast I could ask for. We are not worthy.

Two Girls 1 Formula started to pop up on my For You Page on TikTok even though I had little to no knowledge about Formula 1. I followed immediately because who doesn’t love hot guys and motor sports??? I then listened to the podcast and was instantly hooked. The chemistry these girls have is gold. After the Binge Mode podcast ended, my heart was broken because I didn’t think I’d have as much fun with two podcasts hosts ever again, but these girls are it! We need the higher ups at F1 to discover these girls and put them on grid walks ala Joan Rivers at the Oscars. If you’re just tuning in, give them a few episodes, since I think the looser structure can be a bit challenging until you get to know them. You will fall in love and realize this is the laugh until you cry, quality F1 content you needed in your life.

TG1F is getting placing on on the F1 podcast podium every! single! week! For a sport that takes itself a little too seriously sometimes, Kate and Nicole are the perfect antidote.
