The son (Ryan - a web developer with 15 years of experience) plays a tech support role for his mother (Linda - a tenderfoot in need of training) and invites you into the action to learn the ins and outs of software, gadgets, the internet, apps and a whole lot more.  With the novice (tenderfoot) in mind, we bring you professional grade advice that even the most tech savvy listener can sink their teeth into.

In this introductory episode, we talk about ourselves, what the podcast is about and what we hope to accomplish with it in the future. We also tackle our first topic: security and protecting ourselves in the event that we are the victims of malicious software attacks.
