Having access to freedom and being free are two different things. If you knew how to be free would you? Many say yes, but live in imprisonment. God has given you a way of escape. This path may still start with uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Stick it out! God is seeing you through!

Just because it still hurts, does not mean you are not healing. It is a process. You didn’t deserve it but don’t let it break you. The work is a job that only you can do! It pays off! I’m praying for you!

Charge and be restored. We live in a world where we tend to hurry through the day. It is vital to slow down and enjoy the present. God is not rushing you. Do not miss what is in front of you because you rush right past it!

Let it go. You are not excusing what happened but you are allowing yourself to move on. Tough but very doable. Your next depends on it!

Take your chance! You can do more than you know and thankfully God is with you!

Move towards your calling. The crazy thing is we are so wrapped up in distractions that we can’t focus on what is right in front of us, our ability to. You have all that it takes to conquer! Don’t sleep on yourself another second!

Life is not always kind. Some things pile up on you and you feel like you will never recover. Position yourself differently as God speaks to you providing strategies for victory. You are not too late for where you’re going! God has you entirely!

Your heart is such a vital organ both physically and spiritually. You have to take care of it! What are you taking in and putting out? May your heart be healed and filled with hope!

The struggle is temporary. The game is yours to win! You are a play away from turning it around, so don’t give up! When life has gotten you down just know there is power in you! Look up and get up!

It looks good but is it good for you? The enemy loves for you to taste what you should not even touch. In this season be conscious of what you are doing. Life is changing, change too!
