This time we are going back to the classroom to discuss education, and to do just that, we were joined by Professor of Design Management at SCAD Tom Hardy (no, not that one...). Completing the lineup was our in-house expert: Jahnavi Mange, MJV’s Sustainable Design Strategist. Clint, the author of the well respected: How Teams Triumph: Managing by Commitment, dropped by to share his thoughts and leadership and teamwork while promoting his excellent book on the topics. EP06 Navigating Sales Management with Frank Cespedes - Harvard Business School
TechInnovation Talks EP6: In episode 6 of your favorite tech-focused podcast, Paul welcomes a top guest from the world of academia in the form of Harvard Business School's senior lecturer Frank Cespedes. Completing our panel, is MJV CEO Mauricio Vianna, who once studied under Frank's tutelage. This week's topic of focus is the fascinating, ever-changing landscape of sales. Mauricio sets the scene for us by talking us through his recent TEDx Talks presentation on VUCA and BANI - Helping us understand how we got to the current sales environment.
