Everyone talks about the water crisis, but no one knows what it really means. Is there not enough? Too much? Is it clean? Do we need to ration? Today’s story suggests a particularly…unpleasant method of generating more water. Retired Air Force lieutenant general Steve Kwast dispels a lot of these misconceptions as he talks with Theo about his company, Genesis Systems. They use new technologies to pull the water right out of the air. Steve shares how there’s as much fresh water around us as in all the major rivers combined, and suggests that his solution would go a lot further than rationing. He also discusses growing up in Africa and how that changed his perception of water.
