This weeks topic of discussion is how the insignificant athlete is actually very important in the grand scheme of things. The conscious and subconscious plays a big part in why any athlete would think or feel that they aren't an important part of the team. During these times of quarantine, the mental is the most attacked, so Mr. Ex3 thought it would be nice to touch on these topics. Stay healthy and keep grinding!

In this episode we discuss how this quarantine is going to affect certain athletes futures. The discussion touched on every athlete from the high school level all the way up to those who were getting ready for the Olympics; and how the lack of focus and depression could set in for the younger athletes during this current situation.
