This project aims to explore how teachers are perceived by students and the public, and to uncover more about their personal lives, beliefs, and struggles beyond their role as educators. The goal is to create a podcast that gives teachers a voice and a platform to share their experiences and perspectives. The podcast will challenge mainstream topics and ideas and push boundaries to create a unique and innovative space for conversations to thrive. The focus is on creating a safe space of discussion for teachers and reconnecting the audience with the issues and challenges facing teachers in 2023. The project seeks to break down barriers and provide a new perspective on the lives of teachers, emphasizing that they have lives outside of their profession and deserve to be heard. The podcast aims to appeal to a niche market and provide something unique and different, corresponding to the growing student voice movement. If Student voice has grown, Why can't Teachers voice grow?
