Hi! A little about my classes... I choose a perek of tehillim, go through some beautiful commentaries- and tie them all together to create a pertinent message that applies to all of our lives. I complement the lesson by ending off with one or two exercises to practice that help us integrate the message of the perek into our everyday lives. These exercises are tried and true processes that I use myself and also in helping clients.
