Tea With my Uncle Irohs
Son of Paper
My name is Son of Paper and I’m a 23 year old rapper from San Francisco, CA. Uncle Iroh, is a character in Avatar, who my generation has deemed the most wise and patient mentor ever. I see our world as Prince Zuko like... divided and misguided but with so much goodness trapped inside. In season 1, I sat down with my “uncles” and “aunties” to pick their brains on how to best navigate this planet with wisdom, grace and compassion.

Aquarius Groove Music - Tea With My Uncle Irohs (Season 2, EP 6)
As book two comes to a close, I sat down with two of the most influential emcees and producers for me as an artist: none other than Aquarius Groove Music. The rapper duo from the city, Malik and Grimm, made noise in the 2000's, rocking shows up and down the west coast. In 2015, Malik opened his home to a young SOP and the rest, as they say, is history. @aquariusgroovemusic
