Can we talk about toxic patterns in relationships?  If you aren't careful you'll start creating your own NEW toxic patterns in response to that TOXIC MF!  Be ever so careful.  HEAL, so you don't take all that *ish with you into the next situation.

Can we talk about how music ministers to us?  You may think you are just listening and enjoying the beat, but the LYRICS SPEAK TO YOU.  Its real on a deeper level.  Can we talk about songs that I LOVE, but kept me with that funky tasting good looking chicken for way too long?  I got some tea to spill baby!  Someone asked to hear more about the chicken.  You ready???!?!?!?!?

Sometimes you try you HARDEST!  You give it your ALL.  And they still don't want it.  You still don't get the job.  Don't let your reflection leave you with your crown off center.  Straighten it up! Baby, that wasn't even what was best for you.  You were being hidden.  Keep on grinding and being you.  The RIGHT thang will come along in the right time.  Don't be so anxious! ~Luv B

I remember the time my dad made the BEST looking friend chicken.  But it tasted AWFUL.  Looks can be deceiving.  We kept trying to eat that nasty chicken because we couldn't believe our eyes.  We just KNEW what we saw was more accurate than what we were tasting.  We even thought something was wrong with our taste buds.  IT WASN’TUS!  IT WAS THAT DAMN CHICKEN!   Stop trying the same thing over and over and over again because it looks a certain way.  Everything that looks good ain't good for ya!  Especially when it comes to relationships!

Nothing happens by chance and everything I’ve been through is up for discussion. Try married and divorced. Literally blind but now I see. (Lost my eye sight and had multiple eye surgeries) Lost my hair, developed psoriasis and we can’t forget made poor choices in men. *Cough* If you’re offended, don’t be. Do some reflective thinking 🤔. I don’t claim to be perfect and I am bearing and sharing my mistakes. Done ✅ it all. And I’m still smiling and living and growing through life. I’ve decided not to let any of the adversary circumstances or situations depict my perspective or stunt my growth. There are generations depending on it......
