中国茶类的划分有多种方法,根据制作方法和茶多酚氧化(发酵)程度的不同,可分为绿茶(不发酵茶)、白茶(微发酵茶)、黄茶(轻发酵茶)、青茶/乌龙茶(半发酵茶)、红茶(全发酵茶)、黑茶(后发酵茶)这六大基本茶类,而广为人们所知并饮用的花茶则属于再加工茶类。所以中国有6+1类茶系。(摘自《中国茶入门图典》陈龙撰写)
