Them all the tax collectors and thesinners drew near to Him to hearHim. And the Pharisees and scribes complained, saying, This Man receives sin-ners and eats with them. So He spoke thisparable to them, saying. LukeWhat man of you, having a hundredsheep, if he loses one of them, does notleave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until hefinds it? And when he has found it, he laysIton his shoulders, rejoicing. And when hecomes home, he calls together his friendsand neighbors, saying to them, 'Rejoicewith me,for I have found my sheep whichwas lost! I say to you that likewise therewill be more joy in heaven over one sin-ner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.
