Guided by Zena is back for an unscripted story time all about signs. Sit down with us while we talk all things signs, spirit guides, angels & the fun of “dancing” with the Univserse, source, God, whatever “higher up” you believe it. 

As you may or may not know (depending on whether or not you see my antic play out on Instagram) over the course of the last month I have gone through some major life changes which has gotten in the way a bit of the podcast. I have about 4 or 5 episodes back logged - this being one of them.  I wasn't going to post this episode as it was originally recorded right before valentines day & now its almost April BUUUUUT I decided we are due for an episode & self love is always hot on my list so we are going to RUN  IT!!Here's the catch - this episode will only stay up until the next one is edited & posted so not to be dramatic but get it while ya can!! In this episode you just get me, Maura, alone in my room talking to myself through talking to you. It's easy to get wrapped up in half ass love, unclear situations, toxic relationships, etc. in an effort to avoid the inevitable life long partner we all tend to over look - OURSELVES!! I talk about the different ways I practice self love, the importance of self love, how being chronically single was my worst nightmare and in turn my biggest blessing & more. 

On this weeks episode I had the opportunity to sit down & chat with CJ aka KingC. I originally came across his tiktok a few months ago & decided to reach out to him to talk about his journey with his spirituality and the places it has led him throughout the years. Throughout our time together chatting we discussed what our spiritual journeys look like, how we got to where we are, the power of connection & love, music & other art forms as vehicles for manifestation and so much more.

On this episode I sat down with a long time friend & astrology freak Connell O’Brien. We chat about the 12 zodiac signs, the elements, modalities, houses, aspects & what all of the hell alll of these things even are! We plant the seed of what exactly “astrology” is, we explore the basics & lay the foundation for anyone who is unsure of it & whether or not it’s real - hence the title of this episode. We get into it but not tooooo into it! 

This week I sit down with Amelia, a cohost of a new podcast called the Ethereal Eye, a healer, reiki master, tarot reader & all around being of light. I met Amelia 3 years ago at a nail salon in Venice, CA during one of the most pivotal times of her life. Small acts of kindness, compassion & connection can make a world of difference.
