With all the changes that the fall has in store for us, I'm just coming to reassure you guys that everything is Godspeed and to take it easy on yourself! 

This episode touches on the fact that being self-critical of the lessons we go through in life in counterproductive to the ending goal, sometimes we just need to back reflect and re-learn what it is we are trying to achieve & understand it has no deadline.

How as young adults we have a lot pressure to get things right the first time and it don't exactly go that way...
