The Answers Lie within The Work
All of the answers you seek will be revealed once you start working and moving towards the things you want in life. I'm learning that now as I'm working on focus and discipline. Especially when you start asking those "Why I am doing this" type of questions. Keep moving!

What is Imposter Syndrome?
Imposter Syndrome is when you're feeling like you don't deserve to live the life that you're living. You feel uncomfortable. You feel like you don't belong. You feel unworthy to experience the great things that you have. I was having these thoughts and feelings and wanted to talk about it.

Wrapping Up the Van Gogh Experience W/ Annie Shuford
I hosted a series of talks with some of the amazing artists from the Yellow House Initiative. Van Gogh was one that often used his art to find purpose in his life, or to try and reconcile some of the tragic things that were taking place in it. Like Van Gogh, many of the artists here including myself use art to decipher our lives, our feelings, thoughts, and other things going on in the world that matter to us. I held conversations with the Artist about how their art has helped them overcome, or cope with depression and trauma. We spoke on how they relied on art to get them through dark times and how art has helped them heal. These talks were live open to the public to attend. In the Artists Residence space at the Van Gogh Exhibit.

Be Mindful about How You Talk to Yourself
We are our own worst critics. The conversations that you have with yourself can make or break the person you are working to become. How you speak to yourself becomes your reality.
