In this episode we discuss branding and culture with Nick Silva, Sports and Media Associate at A-Rod Corp, a company founded by MLB All-Star Alex Rodriguez. Nick is responsible for Alex's MLB broadcast preparation, sourcing and executing new partnerships, speaking engagement opportunities and supporting sports related investments. Russ worked for Kentucky Athletics for 26 years and helped launch numerous new facilities throughout his career, including Nutter Field House, Kentucky Proud Park, Joe Craft Basketball Center, and more.  In addition, Russ also touches on the relationships with several well-known coaches and AD’s that he worked closely with throughout the years.
