We don’t know much yet, but we do know this: navigating an internship or first job can be a daunting experience. From the search to the first day on the job and beyond... it’s surely not a walk in the park. There are questions we’re too afraid to ask and tasks we don’t feel equipped to conquer. But the truth of the matter is we are learning new and exciting things everyday. We, the interns, will be checking in once a week from Crema headquarters to have a candid conversation about the woes and pros of being a young professional.
