Architect Billy Kavellaris has designed a number of highly innovative apartments and townhouses in inner-city Melbourne, bridging architecture with art. His two girls development and his St Joseph projects, both in Abbotsford, are truly innovative. Kavellaris, an RMIT graduate in Architecture, occasionally guest lectures in urban design at RMIT.
