Architect Theo Kerlidis established K20 Architecture with architect Anthony U in 2000 after working for a number of firms. Their practice has gravitated towards public and institutional architecture rather than bespoke homes -K20 Architecture's public housing Trinity apartments in West Footscray was short-listed in an international architecture awards program.
