I am Dave Walker a former soldier, firefighter and a private security consultant, now a postman working out of a delivery office in Bristol.
I have seen and done things that have had an impact on my mental health. During my time at Royal Mail, I have met some great people with amazing life stories. What I have learned is, you don't have to be an ex soldier to have suffered from poor mental health.
I want to help remove the stigma attached to talking about mental health in the workplace...
