Apple is a prime example of building loyalty in their brand. They do this in my opinion by using the rules of the golden circle. Those 3 stages are the what (what you do), the how (how you do, what you do) and lastly the why (why you do what you do.) they focus on their why before anything else and create their story to fit the culture of their potential customers.
