Ann’s voice is soothing and pleasant to listen to. I listen to her during work, when I’m most likely to feel stressed or overwhelmed. She’s great at pointing out unhelpful thinking patterns. I’m using her advice to power through.

This is my first Podcast experience. And I am glad I gave this a shot, Dr. Ann is a sincere and truly a beautiful person in and out. Enjoyed Reboot Class with her, and thru her Podcast I get the motivation I need to push me and remind myself how much control I have in my life. She is an inspiration to all women and women veteran as myself.
