We chat about the time Billy nearly went blind after he was hit directly in the eye with a tennis ball, we discuss about Billy and his mates placing a bet against, at the time, a 17-year-old Australian tennis star Thanasi Kokkinakis at a challenger event in Melbourne, which led to them going down to the tennis court and cheering obnoxiously for Thanasi opponent to win, so there bet would get up and Billy opens up about the incident as a kid that made him terrified of flying in planes forever.

Igor taught English Illegally in China for a few years, when he was only 18 years old, as he says a “Slick haired guy came to his school” and offered them the opportunity to teach English in China in a small rural area in China. We chat about him, losing and finding his moral compass, drugs, Deez nuts story and much more.

This week’s Ep features Joel Temperly, I met Joel while doing stand-up in Melbourne, Joel teaches English online, runs multiple comedy rooms and trivia nights. In this Ep we chat about Joel’s experiences teaching English in China and Russia. It’s an interesting insight into, cost of living in both of those countries, the smog issues in China, dodgy landlords in Russia and much more, also Putin gets a mention a few times.
