Everything is ok until you hit rock bottom and then you really learn what that verse is and what it means to pray it. There is a real depth and richness to faith when we experience God in tough times. But when we have seasons of more resource, there is a blessing that come from living generously too. “Our father in heaven” When we pray, there is so much more to saying “Dear God” than what we immediately see. Jesus draws our attention to this because the subtle secret is powerful. Holly shared about how the name of God reflects the character God. This enables us to approach God like we would a perfect father, one whom we have access to who only responds with kindness and goodness. She shared a great story about how just as you go to your Dad to help with your car, she has gone to God and he has always seems to meet her needs.
