People, ideas, hardware. Before I retired I would have liked to learn this concept. If you are looking for a glossy 30,000 flyover of a topic, move along. These guys do a great job doing deep dives into important topics. Thanks for what is obviously a major effort. Keep it up.

Not just for public safety, as any citizen can benefit from the information. Those serving the community in public safety need to always be learning. I’ve always said that when you stop learning, it’s time to retire. This podcast will increase your learning and broaden your thought process as a responder to emergencies. Well worth the time to listen.

This is the type of podcast that if you’re into the military, tactics, police, sheepdog civilian, EMS, preparedness mindset you will thoroughly enjoy listening. I look forward to this podcast every release. I have to say that I’m impressed with how well thought out the episodes are and I love that neither Jim nor Mike speak over each other like what happens in other podcasts that are cohosted. Very deep, very real, good talk.

As an AFROTC cadet commissioning soon, I hear a lot of “leadership” lessons from the book that do not go deep. This podcast has helped take my thinking to the next level. The dream is to be a fighter pilot and listening to these tactical operators has been a catalyst to go deeper into the topics, be motivated to chase my goals, and start to learn what can’t be taught from a book. Thanks guys, I appreciate what you’re doing and I plan on continuing to listen long into my career when I’m sure more of it will make sense and apply to what I’m doing.
