In this episode I briefly go over another version of the shrimp recipe, which I think I am on version number 5 of. But after that brief rambling, I share a little bit of how my brain can take one seemingly innocent interaction and turn it into an entire episode.  From what started as cool interaction with a sprouts cashier, turns into research for a few days and me asking myself the following questions. What is the difference in California and Texas Tacos? Who is really pushing the envelope in both traditional and fusion tacos? Finally, with the taco love affair seemingly pushing evelopes, does this open the door for different mexican dishes to become popular? I share my thoughts on the subjects, and pretty much have a blast doing it.
