This week Zak and Tombo are joined by Jack McGowan from Flex Physio. Jack is a physio therapist who has experience at working at Premier league, Championship and league one with Bournemouth, Bristol Rovers and Oxford United. In this episode we discuss injuries and injury prevention. 

Zak and Tombo Discuss this past weekends semi final even the Granite Games. We discuss the event and how we think the individuals coming out of this semi final will do at the games. We also preview this weekend 2 European events as well as the British athletes competing. 

Zak, Tombo and Bingo review the first CrossFit semi final weekend and look at the results from the Torian pro over in Australia and the Mid Atlantic CrossFit Championships over in Tennessee. We also Preview the Granite games and the Fittest in Cape town events this weekend. 

This week on TAC Talk Zak and Tombo are joined by Aasia Hughes. We talk all things Endometriosis and her experiences with it. A subject that is not talked about enough and hopefully through this episode we can add some exposure to it.
