I’m not in the food industry at all, however this podcast is more than that. It gives you an opportunity to self reflect on the consumer aspects. It also helped me since I’m a manager at a retail location with how a customer is always right. I love the energy they both have during their natural conversation.

Gina & Ernie have a lot of knowledge and share the ins and outs of the business and all its moving parts! Plus, they make you laugh and think! I just heard “piece of cake” and truly enjoyed hearing more about Sara’s journey. (I already love her cakes!) As a fellow “hippie/freethinker” and most recently homeschooler, it’s so nice to hear this success story on the path of living free, passion filled and on her terms! ❤️
