I loved the episode about constructive criticism. This is a WORD; one I wish I would’ve received sooner (as a young person). God is certainly using Sylvie to build up the body of Christ. Love her insights and recommend this show, especially this episode!

I just finished listening to stop looking for approval... I had always wanted to judge myself based on things, I have failed on and looking for social media to give me approval. I'm not going to wait for society tell me that I'm smart, I want to remind my self everyday that I'm smart and capable wonderfully created, to remind my self how far I’ve come and all my previous success.

Sometimes we just need some inspiration and motivation to rise up and know our worth! Great listen for those looking for some faith based encouragement.
