I have suffered with “not feeling good” for years! I have many bothersome issues, nothing major, but to me all these issues are major and have really affected my life. I wanted to cry listening to the very first episode! I feel like, now I can finally get some answers! Thank you so much! I’m going to give this a few more episodes, but does the host ever give sources for the statistics she rattles off so quickly? A lot of what she delivers as fact is not easily verifiable.

I have been binge listening to these podcasts while on the beach for Fall Break ... AirPod in one ear, waves in the other! Leanne makes me lol especially when she laughs so hard herself!! And Karen’s operatic voice is calming and smooth while she explains some of the nastiest issues women have!! While I do not feel alone with my issues (I have great friends who aren’t afraid to share), I have felt that there is nothing we can do to help our symptoms. How wrong I am!!!! I’m taking notes like I’m back in school. Will be working on all of this when I get back home from the beach!! I am an active duty Marine Gunnery Sergeant. For 2 years I have been going to medical for symptoms and thinking I was losing my mind!! It’s Perimenopause!! The Naval Medical Officers that treat Marines do not treat many women and definitely not women over 40!! I’m Sharing w all the women in my life and that I serve with!! Amazing info. I am so thankful for this podcast. I finally feel like I understand what has been happening to my body the past few years. Why aren't more doctors trained to understand menopause. I’ve been feeling miserable for about 3 years now. I’ve been working out like a demon, but I keep gaining weight around my middle. Now I know, “It’s the a gluten a-hootin”. Thank you Karen for explaining the medical side of things and Leeann for bringing up the uncomfortable stuff & making me laugh about it. Love & hugs!!

I discovered Leanne last winter while watching comedians on YouTube and I loved her from the get go. When I found out she had a podcast, I had to listen. The combination of her delightful humor and Karen’s clear, concise advice is just perfect for we ladies who are experiencing the joys of getting older. I, too, am a wife and mother with thyroid issues, and am beginning menopause. I can’t recommend this enough, not just to older women, but women of all ages, as well as the men who love them. A friend invited me to see Leanne perform in Orlando in February and I had never heard of her. Since then, I have been listening to your podcast and you have changed everything. I had a hysterectomy in 2014 at age 40. I have been through hell and back. I made an appt with a doctor in Orlando do help me with Bio Identicals. My old fashioned doctor had me on Premarin and I thought that was what I was supposed to take since my Momma took it. I have all of these symptoms plus an extra 80 pounds. I am hoping I can get some help. Thank you so much!!!!
