This is a really great podcast!

Hello Dave and Dwayne, So glad you’re back. Starting again with season 40 was great timing. Really enjoyed this season of Survivor and your commentary. It’s must listening for me after watching a show. I liked the double episode but though the editing and timing was weird in that they rushed the the challenges and tribals to then have essentially a 10 minute commercial at the end for the finale. Speaking of the finale, I wonder how they’ll do the final vote reading and reunion with the Covid19 restrictions? Keep up the great work, Gary Griffin

I’m 10 minutes in on their first show back from taking two seasons off. They haven’t missed a beat!! Love D&D and can’t wait to watch this season of survivor with them.

D&D do a great job recapping episodes and making comments and non-spoiler predictions. I listen everyday over my lunch break.

Jumped back in the survivor world for game changers. Figured there would be more survivor pod options so I've checked them all out. David is fantastic, Dwaine is mostly podcast kryptonite. Unfortunately he's the main host and talking 60+% of the time. He kills the flow with harping on pointless things and frequently interrupting David(sometimes not even regarding what David is talking about. Bad podcasting not paying attention to your partner). Also referencing live chat things that podcast listeners can't see is a bad move for a podcast. The tech is also pretty poor for 2017 podcast standards. In the recap for the double tribal council episode, they had audio clips playing multiple times over their own audio with long silent gaps because the editing and insertion of the clips was so poorly done. Potential to be much better with some more balance and common conversation courtesy.

I've followed STWD&D for several years and find it funny and entertaining. I love their humor and insight. I like the completion by points And how they pick their teams. Unfollow it to see who can win when it gets down to the final wire. It is a must watch or listen to weekly. BTW, I have great balance too. LOL. Mark

Hello D &D. I love the podcast I listen every Friday at work. I know what is it like to share shows with your best friend. My best friend and I talk about our fav shows together. I can see and hear how great a friendship you two have. Keep up the good work!

I just listened to the one star review you read and had to chime in to that genius. It's a podcast, they're just two friends talking about Survivor, they say that at the beginning of every episode. They don't have to be unbiased and can pander all they want. They know plenty about the game, as you obviously don't, and like they said, almost every decent podcast uses Patreon to make their money, what's wrong with that? If you don't like it, don't listen. Myself I put this in my top 3 podcasts along with RHAP and Survivor Afterbuzz. Hopefully this brings your reviews back up to 5 stars, guys. Keep up the good work!

These two guys don't do 20 other pod casts a week to make a living from it like another poscaster we all know. They just do Survivor and are great. The audio quality is really good. Their take on survivor is that of a fan. They discuss the show at great length. Once I watch survivor on Wednesday night, I await this podcast to listen on Friday morning at work, or over the weekend. I pick up so much or learn so much that I missed when the episode aired. The guys are consistant and are not silly as some podcasts are (that said they are still funny and entertaining). They do not do their podcast immediately after it airs. They wait a day to let the show sink in and to think of everything to talk about the episode in great detail and give their fans a chance to write in and talk about parts of the show in detail. I really have little time to listen to podcasts. I do listen to a podcast about The Americans (I do that to help understand the show) and that's it, except for this poscast. I was in to poscasts a lot heavier a few years ago, but grew weary of all podcasts; I just couldn't keep up and went back to listening to Pandora instead. I didn't even listen to D&D last season. This season, I got back in to it and hearing these guys is a breath of fresh air again. I only listen to 2, maybe three podcasts a week, and this is my #1. Good jobs guys; you drew me back in.

These are two friends who love survivor. Good clean fun that makes me laugh. Look forward to every Friday for a new podcast. Keep up the good work.

If you're looking for a good Survivor podcast, keep looking. These hosts are too self-absorbed, too concerned about pandering to the contestants to truly be objective, too obsessed with trying to monetize their podcast, and don't seem to have a good grasp of how the Survivor game actually works.

I found this podcast by accident, while looking for something to listen to at work. I love the show Survivor, and Dwaine and David really are entertaining, and make the time go by super fast! I also joined their Facebook page, which has a lot to offer. Check it out! Thanks Guys!

LOVE these guys! Insightful, but hilarious! I'm almost as excited to listen to their recap podcasts as I am watching the actual Survivor episode!

The podcast guests and listener feedback are the highlights of this podcast. I would add a star if Dwain would pronounce PARvati's name correctly.

From there 2-3 hour interviews, to their weekly recap shows, to being two really funny guys, D&D is my favorite podcast, I've been listening for my 2nd season, but I love it even more when I can go back and listen to there podcasts from One World. Whenever I'm in my most hardest times while doing work I always know that I can just get through it by listening to some great D&D. Another thing is I've never seen podcasters be so devoted to their fan base always listening and reading all their feedback. It is really a absolutely amazing podcast and I 100% assure you won't regret listening.

When I first heard about the "D&D Podcast" from a friend, I got really excited thinking it was a Dungeons and Dragons podcast! I was incredibly wrong. But what I did get was a fantastic insight from Dwaine and David on the current season of Survivor. Good, clean commentary and lots of fun! Keep up the good work guys! -Chris D

Dwaine and David provide in-depth, fun and interesting analysis. You can tell that they have a passion for Survivor. They have great guests and an excellent listener community. When the podcast episode becomes available it goes on top of my listening queue.

Dwaine and David have a fantastic ability to bring you into their friendship. They bill their show as "just two best friends talking about Survivor", but it's more than that. They make friends with their audience. It feels more like you're laughing with friends than listening to someone else's conversation. And it's fantastic. I love this podcast, and I think you will, too.

I love to listen to this podcast. David and Dwaine are really great co-hosts. I love how it is positive. This is a entertaining podcast for any Survivor Superfan. I also enjoy the fantasy pool that they do every season.

Dwaine and Dave are so down to Earth and relatable that their show is like listening to life-long friends chatting about your favorite topic: Survivor.

D&D is pure fun. You can tell the two hosts are friends. They have a good tandem and are very interactive w/their fans. Easily one of the best Survivor Casts out there.

These guys are really enternaining to watch! Starting watching them at their Survivor Cagayan preview. If they weren't so gosh darn funny I wouldn't be watching! They are one of what I call "The Big Three" of the Survivor Podcasts because there are 3 podcasts I listen to/watch. I always watch them when I can, they always make me laugh!

Dwaine and David bring a certain level of charm and charisma to each and every Survivor and movie podcast that only two best friends could provide. Each episode is filled with humor and incite and really makes you dig deeper into each episode. Their personalities really shine through and it definitely feels like you get to know them each and every episode. D&D are definitely part of my Survivor post-episode routine and I am looking forward to keeping it going this year in Cambodia! Plus, the fact that they are the only podcast to cover the Durham Warriors Survival Challenge is a huge plus!

That's it. Right there. There are other Survivor podcasts out there. But none are as fun as D&D. Between their recaps, their feedback segments, their self-deprecating humor, and their honest disagreement from time to time, I honestly look forward to, and savor, each episode. I love these guys. I listen to a number of Survivor podcasts and this is one of the best. Entertainment and a lot of laughs. These guys love the show, each other and their listeners. They are true fans as well as podcasters. I look forward to their show and highly recommend to all Survivor fans.

Listening to David and Dwaine talk about Survivor is like hanging out with a couple of your best friends to talk aboue Survivor. They also do great interviews, and their guests are first rate.

I enjoy the podcast but pleaaaaase knock off the religious talk. The no true Christian fallacy? Christians are good so anyone that does something bad isn't a true Christian... Educate yourself please.

I used to like this podcast. However, in recent seasons of the show, contestants who are currently on air have started developing relationships with the podcasters. It is becoming very apparent Dwaine and David are starting to pander to these contestants. When the podcast was just two friends talking about the show, the commentary was better. Additionally, the constant shilling to try and monetize the podcast, discussions about their other podcast, and passive aggressive complaining about RHAP is getting old. These guys haven’t seemed to think about how to maintain the essence of their podcast as it grows. It’s really beginning to feel like their monetization efforts are consuming what was once a charming show.

The hosts are congenial and friendly to fans. I appreciate that I can listen to this podcast on my speakers or in the car without worrying about my children hearing something inappropriate. Dwaine and David have an extensive knowledge of Survivor and unique perspectives on the episodes. At the same time, I appreciate that they do not assume that their perspectives are the only legitimate ones. They also have interesting guests, including past Survivor players and established Survivor bloggers and commentators.

Aside from occasional technical difficulties, and plenty of awful jokes, this is a great podcast! David and Dwaine have great chemistry and really know how to analyze the ups, downs, ins, and outs of Survivor. I look forward to listening each week to help fill the time and void in my heart between Survivor episodes. Always refreshing to see (or hear) fans as passionate about this game as I am. Thanks guys!

The show is well-produced, amusing, and full of excellent guests and discussion, and the hosts are great and have awesome chemistry. It really goes beyond just a show to create a great overall fan community, where we can interact with the hosts, guests, some former Survivor castoffs, and other listeners. Great show... great experience!
