As a recovering opioid addict myself, I can relate to many of Jeff’s podcasts. His knowledge, experience & expertise on the Opioid epidemic is extremely beneficial to both addicts and the public at large. Everyone can learn a thing or two from this series.

I’m an addiction therapist and I highly recommend this podcast to individuals and families in recovery! There are many podcasts out there about addiction, but I choose Jeff’s time and time again because he knows his stuff and his approach to addiction gets results! Always valuable content.

I absolutely am obsessed with Jeff and his podcast. He really walks the walk of recovery. Whenever I listen to his show. I always walk away with some sort of tip on wellness and for his knowledge as a Dietary Supplement Advisor, not only is he great to listen to about recovery, I also trust his advice on health and wellness. He always has interesting people on his show and he is such a likable guy. I definitely recommend listening to Jeff!

Hello my name is Renee I’m a recovering addict. I have been on a methadone maintenance of 200 mg for the past 12 years slowly tapering down to 0 which at times has been very difficult. As of 8/13 / 2021 I am @ 8 mg . Approximately 16 weeks ago I researched recovery coaches I wanted to have a plan in place and someone who could direct me in the right direction for all the symptoms I was feeling I came across Jeff Simone @ reactionrecovery.com . I began to read his story and all he had to offer on his website for someone in my position at which point I booked an online consult and never looked back. We meet once a week via zoom his podcasts are great and the best is we text everyday he is hands on and I am forever grateful for him . What I love the most about working with Jeff is the individual attention he gives everyone he works with as we all know this is not a one size fits all. Jeff has taught me how to be patient when I feel like my situation will never end . I’m not the person who took vitamins drank water or ever considered protein smoothies.Today I am on a great vitamin regimen which has considerably helped with my taper. I drink lots of water and daily smoothies which has also made this taper move downward successfully. I love the compassion and knowledge that he gives to me every single day since we met 16 wks ago .You do not have to be an addict you maybe a wife, mother, friend ect…..of an addict looking for guidance he is so easy to talk to. I just would like to say thank you for believing in me for making me the healthiest version of me that I have been in a very long time.

It was good to hear that being compassionate works better than the Tough love. Especially hearing it from someone who has dealt with addiction like yourself. when you’re the person that is on the other end trying to help you really don’t know which is better.

I was glad I listened to Jeff’s podcast. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to Jeff on IG and share my perspective as a parent of a heroin addict. He always seems to spark what little bit of hope I have left for our sons recovery.
