Brett Kavanaugh, highly educated, highly responsible, basketball coach father of 2 is the worst human being and the drug/AIDS addled idiot Freddie Mercury is the greatest human being who ever lived, lady you need your head examined.

I love this podcast but am saddened that at the time of this writing there are only 4 episodes. Thank you for the four we have, but Please come back and give more of your voices. I really appreciate your perspectives and have not heard similar takes out here on the wider internet.

This is lots of fun, like hanging out with friends and rehashing just how horrible pop culture messages were in your youth but with much better quality drinks. Looking forward to the nightmare that is 16 Candles, and possibly The Outsiders.

It's not just nostalgia. Growing up with malls, movie theaters, college radio, and non-inclusive highschools - music and films that were about US leave a sort of mythic imprint. I've always had a thought about Sixteen Candles - that the night before her sister's wedding, when Samantha goes to sleep - the following scenes are a dream sequence, they don't actually happen... But maybe that's no fun? Anyways - 2 thumbs up!
