Sometimes we feel trapped in a box however be encouraged and supported to know everything that is coming in the box is a way for your to build a way out of your box. 

In life we may stumble, but I once heard someone stay stick with it. That stuck in my head and when I see someone stumble, trip, almost fall and even when I myself stumble I find myself saying “stick with it”. Stick with it and get through that moment and get back to the process.
