I heard about this show from Latinos Who Lunch over 5 years ago and never stopped listening! Their conversations about motherhood helped prep me before having kids and now as a mom, I feel seen! Their openness about postpartum depression, bettering themselves, routines, etc has been so inspiring and helpful. And to see how their businesses how grown over the years is amazing. Que chingonas. Their social is also great. Love these ladies.

Love the dynamic the sisters have and enjoy the guests. Would be nice if they had more structured interviews and not interrupt the guests so much. Or perhaps circle back on the original question since the guest forgets to answer.

They invite a great, diverse group of guests and keep the topics interesting & relevant. One area that needs improvement is the way Bricia interacts with her sister, Paulina. At times, I cringe with the dismissive tone she uses with her. Also, Bricia tends to interrupt her guests and doesn’t let them finish their complete thoughts.

Me cai bien y mal. One thinks she’s Beyonce and the other one needs more confidence. But overall great conversations, every mom can relate to something. Love that they’re Latinas and successful. But sometimes I can’t relate porque soy pobre lol. That’s it! That’s the review.

I have listened to the first 95 episodes and I cannot get enough. I find myself laughing alone when I’m listening to the conversations that Paulina and Bricia have. They’re so relatable and full of culture, representation matters and I appreciate their authenticity. I am constantly sending my sister or friends episodes that I think are share-worthy.

I have listened to this podcast on and off during the last three years. I tend to stop listening when I need a break from the continuous interrupting by one of the sisters. Also, when she tries to one up almost everyone. I squirmed the last time I listened when she insisted that she didn’t get what her sister meant by what it feels like to glide while on your bike, skates, etc. Like really…?

I love the Super Mamás podcast! Paulina and Bricia discuss so many interesting and relevant topics with awesome guests. It’s so inspiring to hear from successful women who have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to share it. The only negative thing is that Bricia interrupts Paulina as well as the guests so much that I find myself wishing they could have finished their thought. It’s nice that she is so passionate and invested in the conversation but I genuinely want to hear what the others have to say.

I have been investing since 2008 and, even if I hadn’t, I still would not pay $100 for information that is free online. I understand she has to make her money, but, lady, please.

I love this podcast but I go on and off the wagon. These women are rocking it but sometimes the interaction can be off putting. Sometimes one of the ladies interrupts too darn much.

It's so refreshing to find a podcast where you listen to stories you can relate to. The way these two sisters uplift our community is beautiful and necessary. Keep up the great work!

I just stumbled on this podcast a few weeks ago and I am now so invested! I’ve begun binging all the old episodes and have listened to all the 2020 ones so far. Bricia and Paulina are so relatable. I feel like I’m listening to my cousins talking to each other and think of my sister sometimes too. I laugh out loud all the time and there’s so many topics I love hearing about. Bonus that it’s in the LA area having grown up just outside of it. I wish I would’ve found this podcast when I was pregnant two years ago! Gracias mamas for sharing your lives with us! ❤️

I love Super Mamas!!! These ladies really give you lots of positivity!!! I love how they are all about woman empowerment and accepting of all types of people. They talk about everything from kids, to relationships, to everyday life even when it’s tough. I recommend this to everyone not just Hispanic people and not just moms.

I absolutely love this podcast and the only podcast I listen to. I got pregnant for the first time last May and began listening to the first ever episode October 2018 and I am now on episode 135...although I was on hiatus during maternity leave. Since becoming a mommy, this social platform speaks so much volumes. I am incredibly grateful for this. I just like to hear every week the podcast has lot to learn and is fun to break the routine from music and radio. I just love to hear stories that I can relate in moms life.

I recently had a deep conversation with my partner. I talked to him about how much I love and am in love with the super mamas. I found this podcast a couple months before my 2 year old was born. I was very much not in love with being a mom to this baby who I now cannot remember ever feeling anything but love toward. The super mamas keep it real with us all. I am a mama who was born and raised on the San Carlos Apache reservation in Arizona. I never listened to mothers of color who spoke so outright about being a mom. Motherhood always was supposed to be this thing engrained in you, you were born to be her. But super mamas helped me make that transition & jump into motherhood. After listening to the stories & perspectives, ive learned it’s okay to be yr own kind of mom & she is the perfect mother for yr child(ren). I love you Bricia & Paulina. My sisters, my inspo.

I’d like to first say thank you to the hosts for being themselves. They are so inspiring and uplifting to the female and Latin American community. Their episode with Veronica M has been one of my favorites because the Super Mamas addressed some backlash they get from listeners and because of the “never-give-up” attitude their guest shared! I’m here to re-assure that listening to their tips and advice is optional. If you’re not into self-care and the topics on the shows you don’t have to listen. However, as a mom of two, recent nursing school grad, and wife I find myself laughing and crying with these girls like if they were my own sisters! I highly recommend the show and want to say thank you again! Listening to Paulina and Bricia be unapologetically themselves allows other Latina Moms be themselves too!

Love this podcast! I started to listen to these beautiful sisters earlier this year and I have not stopped listening. Love how it’s relatable to a new mom. I had my first baby and I thought I had it down because I babysat a ton. Little did I know I was not ready. Depression was creeping in and I am so glad I came across this podcast. Just by listening the intro it made me feel better. There part where Bricia says that our babies chose us to be their mom because they knew what kind of mom they wanted, just was life changing. I can’t thank you guys enough.

I’ve been listening to Supermamas for a year now and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this podcast. Paulina and Bricia are amazing and bring fun and relatable topics to us mamas. I personally love it when they bring in such inspirational women that push the extra mile to do the impossible possible. Keep it up ladies and continue spreading greatness.

I felt bad for how you ladies felt about the comment someone left you regarding the “Keeping up with..” episode, because I also felt indifferent after listening to the episode. Don’t get me wrong I’m a fan... I love what you guys put out. But for me, I felt like you were trying too hard to be different (that might not be the perfect word). But after you guys shared a little about your past (and I knew nothing of how you guys started), my feelings changed. I don’t know how to explain it. And you don’t have to apologize for being you. But I think it’s good to let your audience know how you first started (especially if we just started listening to you). You saying that you had nothing, or that you had to rebuild the business is probably more relatable and inspiring than just saying you have a trainer, you have a housekeeper, you brush your tongue (lol). Because then, someone who is not in the position to have all those things now, can see from your experience that it is possible. I typically don’t write reviews. I’m not good expressing myself. I probably didn’t do a good job here, But I felt compelled to share my feelings. Like I said, I’m a fan (i do have super mama swag 😉) and love listening to you both. Peace and love.

As a first time mom their podcast has been a breath of fresh air for me. I have cried and laughed because the content is relatable and hits home. They make you feel like we’re all girlfriends and in it together!!

This podcast is for upper/middle class Latinas who have access to all types of resources to be a “super mamá.” There’s nothing wrong with that, but when you try and play it off and say that you barter for services (reiki healers, trainers, cooks), or that having your house cleaned by someone else is a necessity instead of a privilege that you’re able to afford...that’s your privilege talking. Listen if you want to hear a lot of tips and tricks on how to be capitalistic mothers. Three stars for the first episodes when everyone (by that I mean this one listener, myself) could relate.

This podcast is vida! Their conversation on raising bilingual children, mijas it was on point and real. Listening is such an affirmation of what it takes to be a super mamas.
