With the rise of political correctness and a greater awareness of what’s appropriate, I’m seeing a lot of really powerful leaders and good hearted human beings becoming acutely aware of not wanting to upset people. So much so that the line between true service and lip service has become blurred. The desire to not offend comes from a good place but when is it ok to be upfront with your truth, and when should you let things be?
In this episode, I discuss the difference between actual service and something that will never really help anybody, lip service. I talk about setting boundaries and why they help you operate out of overflow and be of true service to others. I also share a story from my personal experience and discuss holding a powerful space in discomfort to be ok with confrontation and potentially disappointing people.
What does it mean to truly serve someone? Is it telling them what they want to hear? Or is it sharing from a higher perspective which they may reject but continuing to be loyal to the truth anyway?

We all have challenges in life that are difficult to shake. Those niggling fears, the negative thinking and behavioural patterns that just seem hard wired into who we are. But imagine a future without that stuff getting in your way, bogging you down and stopping you from living the life you truly want. It’s actually quite a simple fix.
In this episode, I talk about how so much of what we identify with is actually from our past and that we don’t have to bring that into our future. I break things down from an NLP and quantum linguistics perspective to talk about the power of affirmations and I share some simple distinctions that will help you change your life.
I talk about how to slam your challenges back into the past and be present in the now where you have the opportunity to make a conscious choice about who you are today. We create the world we exist in with the language that we use. It really can be that simple.

We are unlimited by nature. Humans are made of an unlimited source which means that infinite possibility is available to us all. So why do so many of us experience lack? Perhaps you struggle to get on top financially, maybe you’ve never been able to find the right person or things just never seem to go right for you. Wherever your lack, it all comes down to your beliefs.
In this episode, I discuss how your beliefs create your reality, whether you’re conscious of it or not. I talk about limiting beliefs, how we subconsciously search for evidence to confirm those beliefs and how this perpetuates the cycle of lack.
Some beliefs don’t serve us and once you understand the power your beliefs have, it’s a crazy simple hack to turn your entire world upside down. I share some keys to help you shift your beliefs and therefore change your life story. Are you ready?

By February, most of us are well and truly out of holiday mode and forced back into reality. The kids are back to school, extended Christmas holidays are over and now it’s back to the daily rush and the usual stress associated with it.
If that’s you and you’d rather go back to holiday mode, this episode is one you won’t want to miss. Today I share with you how to keep the holiday alive long after the holiday is over and how you can wake up excited about your day instead of it feeling like a massive mental slog.
In this episode, I talk all about anchoring and how these neurological stimulated connections can be used to trigger us into holiday mode or out of holiday mode. I talk about ways you can establish anchors in your everyday life to relive the feeling of holidays and why it’s so important to do this for your entire body, mind and spirit.
Get yourself a nice beverage and comfy chair for this one. Let’s keep that holiday alive.

The calendar year has ended and a new calendar has begun. This time of year is a very potent time collectively where people all around the world are casting their visions forward. There is something very beautiful about a new year that creates a portal for people to consider who they are and where they are going. But how many of us have made new year’s resolutions only to forget about them a few weeks later?
In this episode, I offer an alternative way of thinking about how to set yourself up for the best year yet. And it starts with dropping the idea that you have to have your best year yet! I share why I did away with a yearly review and new year’s resolutions and what I do now to keep myself aligned.
I talk about carving out intentional time to constantly and consistently check in with yourself and the importance of making that a non negotiable part of your life. I share about having a big vision, breaking things down to a 90 day timeframe and the power of taking one tiny action toward the thing you want to see manifested in your life.

The holiday season has begun and you might be on a high finishing up work for the holidays or, like a lot of people, you might be having a mini freak out about how you’re going to cope with all the pressure that this time of year can bring. Life isn’t a Hallmark card. It’s not always happy and bright, but there are ways we can learn to be at peace with our circumstances and embrace what is.
In this Christmas special episode, I share 4 tips on how to navigate the challenges that might come your way these holidays and how you can make it special even when you’re busy as hell, lonely or going out of your mind with people you don’t want to be around. I talk about the importance of taking care of yourself, even if it means being late for gatherings, being prepared for the people who rub you up the wrong way and reminding yourself of what’s really important to you.
Whatever this time looks like for you, I encourage you to do what lights you up. Reach out to people who might need some extra love and care right now. And to those who have had a really tough year, know you are not alone. Sending all my love to you this Christmas.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has always been the foundation of my coaching practise. After 13 years of coaching, it’s still something I’m practicing and learning every single day. I often get asked how I practically utilise the tools in my day to day life so in this episode, I take a dive into NLP, what it is, what I love most about it and 10 ways I use it in my daily life.
I talk about how NLP helps you see beyond the veil of the conscious mind deep into subconscious patterns. I share how utilising the tools helped me to clear mental and emotional blockages and start forging new patterns to overcome those barriers and bring about the results that I wanted.
Whether you’re aware of it or not, you’re already an NLP Master. Everything you do and think is based on a set of core beliefs, values and emotions that you learned at some point in your life and they run like a program in your subconscious, dictating how you act and think throughout every day. Wouldn’t you rather make those thoughts and actions deliberate?
You might have already completed your NLP training or maybe you’re just getting interested. Either way, this episode will inspire you to be your most authentic self and start creating the life that you want on purpose.

What does success look like for you? As we can all acknowledge, success looks different for every person. What means a whole lot to you, might not mean anything to the person sitting next to you. How you want to live your life and the achievements you’re chasing are unique to you, but the way you achieve the success is universal.
It’s really simple.
Don’t stop.
When we are working towards something, it can be really difficult to keep going when things aren’t moving in the direction that we want them to. We all want a guarantee. We’re not focusing on the journey or the process, we’re just aiming for the finish line. We trudge along only with the end in mind, but there is no enjoyment in the journey.
If you can reframe and start to enjoy your process and the journey, you’re going to have a whole lot more fun and ultimately, success will probably be achieved a lot quicker. But the key here is to keep going. I’m not saying, don’t take breaks. You need to take all the breaks, but once you’re rested just keep going. Keep working towards the goal. Keep staying present in the journey and success is inevitable.

No matter how confident or successful we are, there’s often one area in life where we’re afraid to ask for what we want. What we actually want. It could be asking for a raise, pitching a sale or telling our partner what we want in the bedroom. For some reason, we tell ourselves that we can’t have it all and the idea of asking for what we really want triggers all sorts of uncomfortable feelings.
In this episode, I share some of the philosophies I’ve learned on why we’re afraid, how you can overcome your fear and be inspired to really ask for what you want. I talk about being willing to hear a no, being bold enough to ask one extra question and why being too considerate actually robs you of liberation.
I believe our desires are meant for us. They are in our hearts for a purpose and we should be unapologetic that they exist. When you start giving yourself permission to have what you want you’ll begin to understand that the limits of your capacity are so much further away than what you think they are. You just have to be willing to be uncomfortable. You just have to be willing to ask.

Do you have so many things to get done, so much you want to do and not enough time to do it? That’s a stressful place to be in. Obviously the solution is to make a great schedule, right? Get really organised and take back control of your life. Or not. What if time was irrelevant and all you had to do was focus in on the very next moment, let your thoughts of the future melt into the abyss, and just breathe? That is what I call Superfreaking it.
I get asked for tips on time management and productivity all the time and I have two philosophies that I share with my clients. In this episode, I talk about what those philosophies are and how you can apply the same principle to productivity as I did to pushing through pain in the ring as a martial artist. It’s all about staying in the present and not getting sidetracked with the future.
All you can do is what you can do in this very moment. This episode will challenge you to take another look at the way you see time and help you take back your power by saying yes. It’s possible to do the things you love and the things you need to do without burning out.
