This podcast is a dream come true for a senior in college preparing for the real world! So inspiring, motivating and insightful to hear from all of these amazing female professionals :) The production is great, audio is always clear, usually I don’t like interview podcasts but the host and her guests have an interview style which flows so well and I learn so much every episode. Keep up the great content!

This is a wonderful way for women to learn more about industries where there needs to be more female representation. Since it is run by 2 young women close to those who are listening it, it makes the content even more relatable and fun to listen to!

Listening to Superbloom is the highlight of my morning. I think most colleges are improving in their capacity to offer career planning resources to students, but without proper mentorship, making use of these resources can be extremely daunting. Superbloom is an amazing mentorship tool for young women that are not only looking for advice on navigating specific fields but also grappling with questions of professional fulfillment and expectations. Superbloom has helped me develop a healthier and more balanced approach to my professional life.

As an undergraduate student trying to consider post grad options, I find this podcast to be such an invaluable resource for thinking about different career paths, finding success in male-dominated industries, sources of mentorship, and how to navigate the rest of my time in college. Madeline and Melanie do an amazing job of bringing in a diverse range of insightful and accomplished guests and asking thoughtful questions about their career trajectories.

Super Bloom is an incredible podcast produced by one of my peers at Princeton, Madeline Song. The amount of care that has gone into producing engaging questions and inspiring content is evident throughout the entirety of Super Bloom's podcast. Furthermore, I'm looking forward to the work Super Bloom will continue to do in helping amplify the voices of underrepresented BIPOC and womxn-identifying leaders within multiple industries.
