This is a good great podcast with a rotating cast of fun people who occasionally talk about beer or video games. Also, they have a YouTube channel for let’s plays, and when I commented on their Dark Souls videos, they were friendly and responsive. Thanks for the free content, folks!

A group of long friends, who may have lost the track discuss in a conversation and entertaining way news, video games, movies, music, and whatever else comes to mind. While intended as a video game podcast it has become more generalized with time which adds a nice range of flavors to the mix.

More than your average dorks talking about video game news podcast, Super Hopped Up is a fun, light-hearted, and occasionally vulgar chat show. The loose and conversational format is a good fit for the cast of 3-5 real life longtime friends and the banter is top class. There's a weekly beer review to kick off each show and sometimes they even talk about video games. The host used to listen to ska, though. I want to be up front about that.
