Whatever you say or do can be misinterpreted by others - we’ve all been there before, but I encourage you (& myself) to speak up anyway! Take that (small) risk & share your voice. Here’s the mnemonic device I was trying to think of: THINK before you speak. Is it True? Is it Helpful? Is it Inspiring? Is it Necessary? Is it Kind? If what you have to say meets that criteria & you can fully support it, take that risk & speak up! :) Alesha
